Accelerating AI Agent Development with AI-DLC
One-Day Hands-On Workshop
Agentic AI is transforming how organizations build intelligent applications. However, many teams struggle to move from prototypes to secure, scalable, production-ready AI systems.
This hands-on workshop introduces participants to the *AI Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC)* and demonstrates how modern tools, open-source frameworks, foundation models, and AWS services can accelerate the development of Agentic AI applications.
Participants will learn how to design, build, evaluate, deploy, and operate AI agents using Kiro, Strands Agents, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore services. The workshop will cover the complete lifecycle of AI application development—from requirements and architecture design to deployment, observability, and operations.
Through guided labs and real-world examples, attendees will build and deploy a functional AI agent while gaining practical experience across the entire AI-DLC. Participants will learn how to accelerate development, improve reliability, and reduce operational complexity while maintaining enterprise-grade security and scalability.
